Managing your subscription and billing

Control your ParPro subscription:

View Subscription Status:

  1. Tap Menu → Profile
  2. See current plan
  3. View billing cycle
  4. Check renewal date
  5. Review features

Upgrading Your Plan:

  1. Go to Menu → Profile
  2. Tap "Upgrade"
  3. Choose new plan (Tournament or Pro Pass)
  4. Select billing cycle (monthly/yearly)
  5. Complete purchase
  6. Features unlock immediately
  7. Billing adjusts automatically

Downgrading Your Plan:

  1. You must cancel current subscription first
  2. Wait for current period to end
  3. Then subscribe to lower tier
  4. Or contact support@par-pro.golf for help

Changing Billing Cycle:

  1. Cancel current subscription
  2. Wait for period to end
  3. Resubscribe with preferred cycle

Canceling Subscription:

On iOS:

  1. Open device Settings
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select ParPro
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  6. Confirm cancellation

On Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select ParPro
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • No refund for unused time
  • Can resubscribe anytime
  • Data and history preserved
  • Free features remain accessible

Billing Issues:

  • Update payment method in App Store/Play Store
  • Verify card has sufficient funds
  • Check for expired card
  • Contact Apple/Google for billing disputes

Refund Requests:

  • Contact support@par-pro.golf within 7 days
  • Explain reason for refund
  • Include order number
  • Reviewed case-by-case
