How to reset your password

Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it:

From Login Screen:

1. •Open ParPro app
2. •Tap "Forgot Password?"
3. •Enter your email address
4. •Tap "Send Reset Link"
5. •Check your email (may take 1-2 minutes)
6. •Look for email from ParPro Support
7. •Tap "Reset Password" link in email
8. •Enter new password (minimum 8 characters)
9. •Confirm new password
10. •Tap "Reset Password"
11. •Return to app and log in

If You Don't Receive Email:

• •Check spam/junk folder
• •Verify you entered correct email
• •Wait 5 minutes and try again
• •Ensure email address is registered
• •Contact support@par-pro.golf if still having issues

Creating a Strong Password:

• •At least 8 characters
• •Mix of uppercase and lowercase
• •Include numbers
• •Add special characters
• •Don't reuse passwords from other sites

Changing Password (When Logged In):

1. •Tap Menu → Manage Account
2. •Look in the "Security" section
3. •Tap "Change Password"
4. •Enter current password
5. •Enter new password
6. •Confirm new password
7. •Tap "Update"

Security Tips:

• •Change password every 90 days
• •Don't share your password
• •Use unique password for ParPro
• •Enable device biometric authentication
• •Log out on shared devices
