Troubleshooting app loading and crash issues:

Quick Fixes (Try These First):

  1. Force Close and Reopen

    • iOS: Swipe up from bottom, swipe app away
    • Android: Recent apps button, swipe away
    • Reopen ParPro
  2. Check Internet Connection

    • Ensure WiFi or cellular data is on
    • Try loading a web page to test
    • Switch between WiFi and cellular
  3. Update the App

    • Open App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
    • Search "ParPro"
    • Tap "Update" if available
    • Updates fix many bugs
  4. Restart Your Device

    • Completely power off phone
    • Wait 10 seconds
    • Power back on
    • Try app again

If Still Not Working:

  1. Clear App Cache

    • iOS: Delete and reinstall app (data syncs from server)
    • Android: Settings → Apps → ParPro → Clear Cache
  2. Check Storage Space

    • Ensure device has 500+ MB free
    • Delete unused apps/photos if needed
    • ParPro needs space for data
  3. Update iOS/Android

    • Outdated OS can cause issues
    • Settings → General → Software Update
    • Update to latest version
  4. Reinstall the App

    • Delete ParPro from device
    • Restart device
    • Reinstall from App Store/Play Store
    • Log back in
    • Data syncs from cloud

Specific Issues:

App Crashes on Startup:

  • Usually fixed by reinstall
  • Check for OS updates
  • Ensure iOS 13+ or Android 8+

App Freezes During Round Entry:

  • Save draft frequently
  • Check available storage
  • Close other apps
  • Try Quick Entry instead of Detailed

Can't Log In:

  • Verify email and password
  • Check internet connection
  • Try password reset
  • Ensure account not deleted

Syncing Issues:

  • Force close and reopen
  • Check internet connection
  • Try switching networks
  • Wait 5 minutes and retry
