What do all these statistics mean?

ParPro tracks comprehensive golf statistics:

Scoring Metrics:

  • Scoring Average: Your average score per round
  • Par 3/4/5 Averages: Average score on each par type

Ball Striking:

  • FIR% (Fairways in Regulation): % of fairways hit off the tee on par 4s and 5s
  • GIR% (Greens in Regulation): % of greens reached in regulation strokes (par minus 2)
  • Driving Accuracy: Same as FIR%

Short Game:

  • Putts per Round: Average total putts per 18 holes
  • Scrambling %: % of up-and-downs when missing green in regulation
  • Sand Save %: % of up-and-downs from greenside bunkers

What's Good?

  • FIR%: 50-60% is good, 70%+ is excellent
  • GIR%: 50% is good, 65%+ is excellent
  • Putts per Round: Under 32 is good, under 29 is excellent
  • Scrambling: 50%+ is good, 60%+ is excellent
