The first time you sign in on the User Portal, the Club Portal, or the Team Portal, you may see a full-screen box headed "Updated Terms of Service" with one button, "I Accept the Terms".
That is expected. Click I Accept the Terms once and continue.
After you accept once, the box must not return — not when you reload, not on another page, and not the next time you log in.
If it does come back, that is a problem. Tell support where it came back: on reload, on a different page, or on the next login.
If the box never appears, you are already up to date. That is also fine.
The Instructor Portal and the Admin Portal do not show this box. That is expected.
If you already have a ParPro account and you complete club (or team) signup as the administrator, the last step should finish and take you to a signed-in page. It should not spin forever. A brand-new email address should finish the same way.
