If your instructor (or their club) is covering the cost of your Instructor Access, this article explains what that means and what to expect.
Your instructor has arranged for ParPro to cover Instructor Access for a group of their students, including you, for a set period. You get all the same Instructor Access features as anyone paying for it themselves — you just are not the one being billed.
While you are sponsored, your account page shows "Instructor Access provided by [your instructor's name]". This is not a free trial, and it does not count down toward an expiration you need to act on. It simply reflects that someone else is covering your access right now.
If you already had your own subscription or a free trial running before the sponsorship started, that keeps existing quietly underneath — sponsorship does not cancel or replace it.
Sponsorships run for a fixed period, plus a short grace window afterward so your access does not stop abruptly. When that period is over, ParPro emails you a link to continue with your own Instructor Access subscription if you would like to keep your coaching features.
If you choose not to continue, your account simply goes back to whatever it would otherwise be — your own subscription or free trial if you had one running, or the Free tier if not. Nothing about your training history, stats, or messages is affected either way.
If your subscription page ever looks wrong — for example, if it shows an expiring trial while you believe you are sponsored — contact ParPro support so we can check your account.
