  2. Select category: Technical Issue, Billing, Feature Request, Bug Report, General
  3. Write clear subject and description
  4. Include screenshots and device info
  5. Submit

Response Times

  • Priority Support (Pro Pass+): Within 24 hours
  • Standard: Within 48 hours
  • Urgent (billing/access): Prioritized

Tracking Tickets

  • View in Support Tickets section
  • Reply with additional info
  • Email notifications on updates
