Creating and managing group rounds

Group rounds enable live scoring with others:

Creating a Group Round:

Step 1: Start Setup

1. •Open your group
2. •Tap "Create Group Round"
3. •Choose date and time

Step 2: Select Course

1. •Search for course
2. •Or use "Quick Setup" for custom
3. •Select tees
4. •Confirm details

Step 3: Invite Players

1. •View group member list
2. •Select players for this round
3. •Send invitations
4. •Wait for RSVPs

Step 4: Start Round

1. •All players accept invites
2. •Tap "Start Round" at tee time
3. •Select who goes first
4. •Begin live scoring

During the Round:

• •Enter scores for each player on each hole
• •Scores sync live to all players
• •View live leaderboard
• •Track in real-time
• •Tap player names to see their scorecard

Live Scoring Features:

• •Real-time updates
• •Running leaderboard
• •Hole-by-hole scoring
• •Player comparison
• •Automatic calculations

Who Can Enter Scores:

• •Any player in the group round
• •Typically players enter their own scores
• •Can be collaborative

After the Round:

1. •Complete final hole
2. •Tap "Finalize Round"
3. •Scores saved to all players
4. •Updates group leaderboard
5. •Counts toward individual statistics

Troubleshooting Sync Issues:

• •Ensure good internet connection
• •Refresh if scores don't appear
• •Check that all players started the round
• •Contact support if persistent issues

Best Practices:

• •Create rounds in advance
• •Confirm all players have app installed
• •Start round together on first tee
• •Designate one scorekeeper if preferred
• •Review and finalize together
